Poor Boys Outdoors

I would just like to give everyone some information on a new company that is based in Mount Washington, Ky.  Their name is Poor Boys Outdoors.  They make hunting videos and are looking to get into the Louisville market  this fall.  Hopefully, their show will be picked up by the Outdoor Channel or another major channel in the near future.  We met some of the guys and they are a bunch of down to earth boys who love to hunt and make videos.  Check out their website at www.poorboysoutdoors.com.  Derby City is looking forward to working with these guys for years to come.

Derby City Calls to display at 2010 NWTF Convention

Derby City Game Calls will be displaying at this years N.W.T.F Convention Feb. 18th thru 21st in Nashville, TN. We will be located at booth 1061.   We will have a large selection of Pot Calls on display along with a bunch of our famous “Old Growth Strikers”.  We will also be showcasing our new trough call along with musical instrument grade wood and supplies for custom call builders.  Come by and say hello to the gang and test drive our very first limited run “250 year old” California Redwood pot call.

Derby City’s Newest Pro Staffer

Derby City Calls would like to introduce everyone to our newest Pro Staffer, John Hall.  John is from Louisville, Ky.  He is a strong family man who has a passion for hunting and fishing.  John is a member of the NWTF Local Chapter, Southwest Spurs, here in Louisville.  He is very involved with that chapter, helping to organize their banquets, gun bash, and Jakes Days.  We have no doubt that John will be a great ambassador for Derby City.  Congratulations John, it is nice to have you on board.
